We kindly ask all speakers to adhere the following guidelines to ensure a smooth conference:

• Plenary speakers: 50 minutes for the talk followed by 10 minutes for questions
• Invited speakers: 25 minutes for the talk followed by 5 minutes for questions
• Hot Topic speakers: 15 minutes for the talk followed by 5 minutes for questions

To facilitate the technical setup and ensure a seamless program, we kindly ask all speakers to submit their presentation (in PDF or PowerPoint format) to the provided server at least one day in advance of their scheduled talk. For this, you should have received an email with a submission link. Alternatively, you may also upload your talk to the server at the ECAMP info desk at the conference venue. Please also check your presentation slides at the laptop provided at the ECAMP info desk.
